Autopackage discussion of any kind takes place on the autopackage@googlegroups.com mailing list.

Before the 20th of October 2009 we were using a mailing list by sunsite.dk. Archives can be found at GMane.
Web Forums
We run forums for users and package developers. This is an easy way to get involved and help us if you aren't sure where to start, or don't like mailing lists.
IRC Chat
We also run an IRC channel on the FreeNode (OPN) network. To chat on IRC, you need an IRC chat client like Pidgin, XChat, Kopete or any other. Most Linux distributions ships many different IRC chat programs by default. The following connection details should be entered:
Channel: #autopackage.
If you want to have a chat with some of the developers, come and say hello. There are logs available here.
Developer Blogs
Finally, we have a developer blog aggregator (also known as a "planet") where you can read the blogs from people involved in Autopackage. Be sure to visit planet.autopackage.org once in a while :-)
